1. Do you offer free shipping? 

We offer free shipping on 70% of our products. 
Shipping charges are applicable on 30% of our collections that cost $5 or less.

2. What is your return and exchange policy?

 We accept returns of damaged/defective products. The following are the steps to make a return:

 Submit a Return Request via Email or WhatsApp within 48 hours of receiving the shipping parcel.

 Include Order Number and Photo(s) of the damaged/defective product.

3. Can I cancel my order?

Yes. You can cancel an order any time before the Shipping Label is processed. You can find if a Shipping

Shipping Labels are generally processed within 24 hours of placing the order.

4. Can I track my order? 

Yes. You can opt-in to receive tracking updates when you place an order. Tracking updates are provided.

from the time the package leaves our warehouse to the time it arrives at your address. 

5. Do you provide fitting and alterations?

Yes. We offer free alterations for products purchased from us.

6. Do we have pay Sales tax for my purchase?

No. You don't have to pay the sale tax.

7. Quality of our products?

 Jewelry

 All our jewelry (except pure silver and German silver) is made of copper and has glass stones & and semi-precious stones depending on the price range.

Silk Sarees
Yes. All our silk sarees are ‘double-weave’, high-quality silk. We offer different varieties including soft silk, banarasi, gaji, raw, and tussar.
All our silk sarees are hand-woven and silk-mark-certified. 

Brass Home Decor
All our brass home decor pieces are made with pure brass (no alloys) and don’t have any hollow spaces.

8. If I buy from your website, can I get my blouse or outfit altered? 

 Yes, we do alterations. We will need the following measurements:

 Bust 

Waist

Armhole circumference

Sleeve circumference (based on the length of the blouse) 

9. What’s the Nakshatra collection?

This is our 92.5 silver jewelry.

All the gold finish jewelry has 22K gold polish.

We use genuine precious stones in all our silver jewelry.

10. Can I make a preorder through your website?

12. Do sarees come with Blouse, falls and edges stitched?

Yes, most sarees come with matching pre-stitched blouses and sarees come with falls and edges stitched.

*Sarees for gifting or for temple idols do not come with falls and edges stitched. 

We can make customized blouses for sarees that you purchase from us as a preorder.

13. Is your Kids’ collection made from kid-friendly materials?

Yes. Our kid's collections are made of soft materials, with no sharp embellishments and no heavy work.
Children will feel comfortable and will love our outfits.

14. What type of collections do you have?

We specialize in South Indian clothing and jewelry. We also carry other styles to cater to your desi outfit
needs.

15. Does Navam carry Men’s’ wear?

Yes. We have limited variety of men’s wear - Kurtas and Shirts.

16. Where are Navam’s clothes and jewelry collections manufactured?

Our products are made by artisans from across India.

17. Does Navam have a store?

We do not have a store. However, you can make an appointment and visit our home/studio to check out

our collections. You can also book a Video Call to see our collections. Please contact us through

19. How do I care for my jewelry?

Avoid direct contact with sweat / water for long periods.

Do not bring the jewelry in direct contact with perfumes of any type.

Store in plastic boxes only. Do not use velvet boxes.
